Room rates are based on 2 guests, suite rates are based on 4 guests, and Penthouse rates are based on 4 - 6 guests. Rooms accommodate up to 4 guests, suites and Penthouse up to 6 guests. These rates are for advanced reservations only. Children under age 12 stay free. There is a $10/night/person fee for additional guests. Other charges may apply.

Deposit: To guarantee your reservation we require a two night deposit for the rooms & suites, and a 50% deposit for the Penthouse.
Cancellation Policy: Rooms – 4 weeks notice
Suites & Penthouse – 6 weeks notice.
We do charge a $20 fee for any reservation cancellation. For cancellations made within the 4-6 week notice policy, we do retain your entire deposit. As we turn away other requests for up to one year in advance to hold your reservation, we do strictly enforce this policy. Thank you for respecting this hotel policy.
Discount prices posted above are for our repeat clientele & advanced reservations only. An up charge of 20% will be applied to all other reservations.
